How to use the inDrive app

Ready to start using inDrive? Great! Here's a quick step-by-step guide to using the app as a passenger. Explore how to use the services, offer a price, and choose what's fair. Discover how to use inDrive as a driver.

1) Download inDrive
To create your account, enter your phone number, then enter the confirmation code we send to your phone.

2) Choose a service
Open the side menu, add your address, and choose the service you want to use.

3) Offer your fare
Your driver may accept your offer, or they can suggest a different price.

4) Choose the best offer
Pick by price, rating and reviews, even the distance and arrival time from your address!

How to request an inDrive ride within a city

1. Open the side menu and tap 'City'.

2. Enter pickup and destination addresses.

3. Offer a fare that is right for you. Drivers may accept your offer or offer a higher fare.

4. Tap the 'Find a driver' button.

5. Choose a driver by their arrival time, rating, and fare offer.

While waiting, you'll see your driver’s location on the map. If the driver is not moving on the map, there may be connection issues. You can contact the driver and ask if they are heading your way.

Ride to another city

1. Open the side menu and tap 'City to City'.

2. Complete the request form and tap 'Find a driver'.

3. Wait for driver offers, pick what's best for you.

4. Call the driver to confirm the ride.

5. After the ride is completed, please rate your driver.

For some locations there's another way to get a ride to another city. Open the side menu and tap 'Rideshare.' You'll see rides on your route. You can join them by sending requests to drivers.

After you tap 'Find a driver' and the driver search starts, any existing Rideshare requests are cancelled.

When the ride starts, tap the 'Help during the ride' icon over the map. Tap 'Share my ride' and choose a contact. They'll get a link that allows them to view your current location, your driver's details, and the vehicle's details, including car brand and license plate.

Your rating appears under your name in the app's side menu. Drivers use the ratings to decide whether to accept your ride request.

Ratings can rise or fall depending on how drivers rate you.

Open the side menu, tap 'Request history.'

Your orders and rides appear within 24 hours, and the history is available for the current and previous years.

Can't access your request history? Please contact Support, who can send you your request history within 24 hours.
